Debate on Horizon 2020#


The Regional Representation of the European Commission in Wrocław and the European Parliament Information Office in Wrocław, in cooperation with the Academia Europaea Wrocław Knowledge Hub would like to invite you to the next edition of a debate "Z Widokiem na Europę" ("With the View on Europe").

During the debate "With the view on the Horizon 2020" the representatives of the European Commission, the Regional Contact Point for the Research, the Climate-KIC Poland and the Wrocław University of Technology will discuss the opportunities which the programme provides for researchers and entrepreneurs.

The meeting will be held on Friday, 8 April 2016 at 1 p.m. in Dom Europy

The aim of the meeting is to provide the Wrocław researchers and entrepreneurs with the information about the programme of Horizon 2020 and the opportunities resulting from its funding. The subject of the debate will be, moreover, the presentation of how important the development and the cooperation between the university and entrepreneurship are.

The participants of the debate will present the Horizon 2020 programme, especially its component FET-OPEN which may be of particular relevance for the interdisciplinary academic projects focused on the technology of the future. You will also get to know about the application process, application assessment and grant implementing process from members of the European Commission, the National and Regional EU Contact Point for the Research, and grant recipients from the Climate-KIC Poland and the Wrocław University of Technology. The presence of the grantees will be the opportunity to observe the people who are experienced in project preparation, implementation, cooperation with partners and the European Commission, and to see the advantages of the participation in H2020.
