INFORMATION ABOUT THE ONLINE PAYMENT FACILITY
The online payment facility (use the "donate now" link button below) is hosted by our bank - The Charities Aid Foundation (CAF). This is a specialist Bank. It is also, itself, a UK registered charity.
The Bank provides us with support to process your subscriptions and also any general donations.
The payment form is hosted on the Banks own secure server not our server and is therefore completely safe. The Bank will send you an email receipt when your payment has been correctly submitted.
The payment will appear on your credit or debit card statement as either Charities Aid Foundation or CAF. But please be assured, we get the money.
If you want to know more about CAF go to link. You can also check their charitable status on the official UK Government Charity Commission website (this is our entry, search for CAF or Charities Aid Foundation).
You will need to put your membership number into the form. This can be found by using the search facility (click here
). Your membership number is in the square brackets [] that appear after your name once you have clicked on “search”. Alternatively ask the office.
If you have any questions, please contact the office in London.
To go ahead, please click on the DONATE ONLINE NOW button at the top of this webpage.
We prefer online payment. But if necessary you can also pay by bank transfer. Ask the office for the bank details—email here.
We can also send you a paper form to arrange payment. Please contact Teresa at the office (admin at acadeuro.org), who will email a personalised form back to you. You must print off the form, fill it out fully, sign it and date it. Then post it back to the bank at the address given. Fax copies or scanned copies will not be accepted by the bank.
NOTE: If you are a UK based member and pay tax in the UK, then please "Gift Aid" your payment. We will get an additional amount of money (28%) direct from the government.
The Gift Aid form can be downloaded here
.
LIFETIME SUBSCRIPTION OPTION
Why not opt to pay a single payment that covers your AE membership for life?
You will then never again be asked to pay an annual fee.
Download the information about rates here
.
Download the payment form here
. Remember to fill out the form and to insert your full name and address at the top of the form. Send the form to the London office. UK members can also fill out a 'gift aid' form (see above). That way we get some extra money back from the UK tax authorities.
